Do you think it would be too much if I made it a two-layer cake? (Doubling the recipe, of course.) My boss loves chocolate anything and I always make him a chocolate cake of some kind for his birthday. I would love to make one of these zebra cakes for him but I would need for it to be a two-layer cake to have enough for everyone at the office. I think it would be cute as a two layer cake.
