I love these buns, I will bake them this weekend!!! the weather will be nice too, but, my question is: these buns do not have a second rise? do you bake them right after you shape them? Looks like I was too anxious to get to the eating part, eh? Yes, I've corrected the directions to include the second rise. Thanks for keeping me on my toes! ~ MaryJane
