I´d made this bread yesterday. I had no dry milk, then i used non-fat liquid milk. The result was that the dough didn´t achieved the crunchiness we desire. It turns softly, and it was not so good. Otherhand the taste and nice view of this bread was pretty good! I´d added some walnuts on top, and used a brown sugar mixed with water, and cinnamon sugar as a drizzling. Not so good too, but sometimes it works, if we don´t have another options! Nice delicious bread!!
