I have small Bundt pan pans (looks like a large Bundt shaped cupcake). Any thoughts on whether this would work in those pans? Love anything with coconut in it! This mini variation should work fine - it will be a labor of love to make the mini's (put in the three layers into each shape), but what a treat for the beholder! Irene @ KAF
