A post after my own heart! There are those of us who would rather have fruit than chocolate and I am one of them. I LOVE lemon anything except for lemon meringue pie and can take or leave chocolate and am perfectly happy that way, thank you. This cake looks amazing. I'm not a big fan of coconut flavor, so I think I'd leave out the coconut oil. I could go for a slice about now - do you deliver to MN? (Which, by the way, is where the great Bundt pan company, Nordicware, is located!)
