How about putting the coconut filling in chocolate bundt cake. Maybe a blueberry filling in place of the coconut filling for those who don't like coconut? As PJ mentioned earlier, anything you can chop fine that's not juicy/melty is good for the filling. Be sure your filling pairs well with the flavor of your cake. Irene @ KAF
