I need some help with this. I made it today and had to bake it for 40+ minutes and still had undercooked sausage. I didn't have a baking stone. Should I have lowered the rack in the oven? Otherwise, the cheese did melt nicely and everything else was cooked. Could your sausage have been thicker than PJ's? Try putting the pan on a lower rack and covering the top with tin foil if it gets too brown. Molly @ KAF
