Hi there, I was just wondering if it is possible to make the whole recipe and freeze one of the pizza's fully made? If yes, would you freeze before or after the last 30 minute rise time? There are only 2 of us and that is a lot of pizza! I have two 9" silcone round pans which would freeze just fine (i think). Thanks for the wonderful recipe! You can partially bake the pizza, cool it thoroughly and then freeze it right in the pan. Thaw it over night in the frige and then continue baking until it's browned and bubbling. Molly @ KAF
