Looks awesome!! Any hints on how to store the second pizza? Would you freeze the pizza dough after the long rise or assemble the whole thing and then freeze? Thanks! You could definitely freeze the sausage, and make the sauce and freeze half. I think you'd get better results that way than freezing the assembled pizza, though I could be wrong. I'm just a bit worried about the cheese, and what it would do. You could also bake both pizzas, and freeze the other one, baked; when ready to enjoy, thaw, and reheat in a 350°F oven, covered with foil, till warm. Readers, any advice? PJH
