Hi there, Margie! We'd recommend letting your dough defrost either overnight in the fridge or for a few hours on the counter at room temperature, whichever your schedule allows for. Once defrosted, pick back up with the recipe where you left off, no need to let the dough double in size before using. Happy baking!
