I recently ate at Giordanos Italian Pizza in Chicago and I am very puzzled by one of the ingredients. It was some sort of veggie,it was white and looked like an onion slice, thin sliced and cut in a half or quarter of a full ring.It was also in the salad.It had a familiar flavor but I do not know what it was.Please Help! By the way your pizza looks great,I`ll try it some time.....
