We love this recipe. It always turns out great.
Do you think I could assemble the pizzas a day ahead and refridgerate them overnight to cook the next day?
Or would the bottom dough get soggy.
We have family in the White Mountains we visit and I was thinking it would be easier for me if I could put it all together ahead of time.
What do you think? Thanks
