I love reading through all the comments-- I was planning to use the baguette pan, but am glad that someone else asked!!! I may use a small iron skillet and/or pizza stone. About the water sprayer that someone asked about: I got a small one (about 1-2 cups) at Walmart in the cosmetic/pharmacy section. I think it was with all those little sample-size things. It cost about a dollar! (It works on misbehaving pets, too!)
