I'm confused... Started making this bread this morning. I read the blog yesterday and have been drooling since. I started making the bread and noticed the instructions on the blog show "kneading" the no-knead bread. I thought I may have read the recipe wrong but there's no sign on "Switch to a dough hook, and knead for about 5 minutes" which shows on the blog. So which is it? Should there be really any difference if i decided to knead the dough? Regardless, the final dough smelled yummy! I can hardly wait to taste! -d. Yes there is a little kneading in this but very brief and you do not need to wait overnight for this great bread. JMD @KAF
