Do you think this would work in just regular loaf pans? How many 9" loaves would this make? Maybe make one baguette and 2 loaves of bread?? I am going to the store to buy cheese right now! While you certainly could try this in a standard loaf pan, it's meant to be more artisan and rustic than loaf-y.
