I'm unable to find semolina--thought it would be in the flour section with all the KA flour but it's not there. Can I substitute cornmeal for the semolina? How about cutting some of the cheese because that SOUNDS like a lot! Alice Hi Alice, The semolina is a specialty item, so it's only available direct, not in the grocery store. If you can't order from us right now, try the international foods section, near the pasta and Italian items. Cornmeal isn't the same, especially when it's the star of the show. You can also trim the amount of cheese if you need/want to, it just won't be as holey and flavorful. ~ MaryJane
