I could not resist the mouth watering photos that PJ showed with the adobo sauce. I made the adobo version (I made the adobo sauce for the first time a week earlier) and 10 oz of 1/2 inch cubes of sharp cheddar and pepperjack. I also added the 1/3 cup flour after adding the adobo sauce. I baked in a dutch oven 25 + 10 mins uncovered. The taste was just amazing, we all loved it, the big chunks of cheese....This morning I placed a slice in the oven to warm up and spread a fine layer of butter. It was so delicious, irresistible! Thank you, we are so fortunate to have such a great KA team!
