I LOVE this recipe. I have made popovers for years, but always with my grandma's traditional (and very old) cast iron popover pan. We moved recently and I have lost that pan, causing me to be reluctant in baking popovers. I followed your recipe to the tee. They were PERFECT!!! I love putting the pan above them in the oven to prevent over browning. I made them in my old 12 hole muffin pan. What a treat!!! Thank you.
