I stumbled across this blog today looking for something totally unrelated. But having never tried popovers and being a wannabe baker had to try these out. They came out excellent, especially with butter and molasses. One caveat though, and it's no fault of the recipe. If you only have an old cupcake pan, and decide to use cupcake papers in them, you may regret that decision later on. Don't ask me how i know.
