Why are there so many different flour-to-milk ratios and 3 OR 4 eggs? The recipe that I used today popped up pretty high but had a VERY dense texture inside and were cake like. The recipe called for 1 ½ cup of flour and milk with 4 eggs. The Neiman Marcus popover is very empty inside.
