Hi there, Yesenia! You certainly can add some cheese to the popover batter. Using grated cheese will cause the popovers to not pop very much but they'll still be delicious! If you have it, powdered cheese will be the best option as it'll add flavor but not weigh down the batter. We'd recommend adding about a 1/4 cup (29g). Happy baking!
