Thanks for baking with us, Lorraine, and for your question. It's normal for non-stick pans to lose some of their non-stick properties over time. You might consider using a high-quality, industrial-strength non-stick spray (like Everbake) to coat your pans. You might also find it helpful to look through this article on our blog that contains tips for preparing Bundt pans. The tips and tricks apply to most any pans, popover pans included, and might help your popovers release more easily next time. Check it out, and also consider giving Everbake a try. Good luck!
