After reading this I want to.pinch myself. I hated making popovers because they always got to brown. I always put the cookie sheet anove my pastries and other bead so why I didn't for these just amazed me!! I too wondered about the wobbly lopsided bottoms ..lol.. but I would rather have them and have a good bake. I usually preheat the popovers pan too. I'm making these for breakfast today and will remember to put that cookie sheet above them. Yay!! Thanks so much. P. S. Happy Easter to everyone at KAF
