PJ - Can you set the cookie sheet in the oven at the beginning of baking the popovers? Sorry, Hoddie, not sure what cookie sheet you're referring to? Popovers bake in a muffin tin or popover pan; if you want to set that pan on top of a cookie sheet, then sure, feel free to put the cookie sheet in the oven when you start preheating it.
