OMgosh! I LOVE it when I sign onto the website and there's a new post. and I have lots of leftover ham...and totally didn't think about a ham/pineapple pizza. Now I know what we're having for dinner tomorrow night; I already have the hi-maize flour, but no Sir Lancelot....could I use KA bread flour instead? Hi Deb, Bread flour will give you a very nice crust, not quite as crispy and thin, but still delish! ~ MaryJane
