Looks great! You make it look so easy that I will go ahead and try it. Can I use raspberry preserves in place of the lemon curd? How about chocolate ganache? Hello - Yes, you can use raspberry preserves in place of the lemon curd. And how about chocolate chips? No, to the ganache. I would not think that would hold well. Elisabeth @ KAF
