Kaulana, I think this dough would be too sweet for a savory filling. Would you think of trying a Stuffed Crescent Dough?? Here is the recipe link: http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/stuffed-breakfast-crescent-recipe. You could roll the dough out just like the Braided Lemon Bread and get the same look but with a savory taste. JoAnn@KAF
