Made this recipe yesterday. This was the first time I've worked with yeast and kneading and while it tastes great didn't look as pretty. I used all the flour called for but it was very sticky and instead of rising as high as pictured it spread out. Will try again. Can't wait until the fall when I hope to come to Vermont to take a class in bread making.
