Hi :
new to baking ,.... in the directions it says to make a 10 x 15 rectangle , then roll it out... approx how thick should it be , and the size of the finished rectangle ?
then it says fold in 1/2 ( "At this point, you would want to gently fold the dough in half and transfer it to a sheet of parchment paper " ) .. do i fold the long side ?
