MJ is still with us at King Arthur! You may certainly use whole wheat in this recipe. You may find yourself wanting to add just a little liquid - water, perhaps, or more yogurt - to the dough. Whole wheat absorbs more liquid than all-purpose flour.~Jaydl@KAF
