I've made an Italian Artichoke Braid from the Betty Crocker bead machine book a few times, but had a lot of trouble rolling and forming an attractive loaf. I wonder if you have a non-sweet dough recipe that would be as easy to work with as this, or if this recipe could be adapted? I love the filling: marinated artichoke hearts, black olives, roasted red peppers and provolone. The simple dough is flavored with Italian seasoning. Or do you think the Easy Roll Dough Improver I purchased would solve the problem?
