You can divide the dough into 3 or 4 equal pieces if you'd like to try smaller versions, but it might make the braiding part of the job a little tricky. You can use 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree with the rest of the lemon filling ingredients to make a pumpkin filling instead. ~Amy
