I am sorry, but this is probably not the best choice for turning into rolls. A bread recipe that is more standard than this is recommended. The trouble is, this recipe has a filling so that complicates things! After the first rise, divide the dough into 2-3 oz. pieces. Shape each piece into a tight ball. For free standing rolls, place to rise on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Or for pull-apart dinner rolls, place into a prepared pan (round or square). Bake at the same temperature as recipe recommends but for a shorter duration. I would check for doneness after just 15 - 20 minutes depending upon the size. Have fun! Elisabeth
