Hi: Do yo think this recipe would work as rolls instead of a loaf (no braiding, of course).? Also, can they be frozen (or refrigerated) and then baked? Actually, I'd like to know that answer for any bread loaves (i.e., if you have a bread recipe, can it be transformed into rolls.) thanks for any help.
