I am going to make a few of these for my hubbys crew at work, I always make them cookies on holidays, question, how does it stand up to making it a day ahead of time or should I make it in the morning fresh, I would like to make it today and send it in the morning?? One day should not compromise the quality too much. Any more than that, make fresh! They will love it and what a nice thing to do. Elisabeth
