I'm sure glad I didn't know of this site before I retired. I really enjoy your recipes and now have time to use them. I getting back into baking and other things and tried this recipe recently. It turned out delightful. I read in the comments about not putting in too much filling and didn't. I wish I had. Next time....And it was so easy. It actually turned out like your pictures.
