Sherri/PJH-- Re: rolling dough on parchment paper: I've had very good luck keeping flexible work surfaces in place with the rubber mesh drawer liner/shelf paper available in various places like the dollar store, fabric store, and kitchen/bathroom sections of department stores. No more chasing the dough!
