I'm wondering if this dough would be amenable to the pasta rolling attachment to the mixer. When I make pasta, I run the dough through a few times, folding it over and over so there are layers. Then lay it out and cut it. It would be a uniform width. Absolutely, Lyn - since you've got a pasta machine, go for it! PJH
