Can you bake it as one huge cracker and then break into irregular ones afterwards? What would you suspect the effect on baking time would be? I'm thinking longer, but not sure by how much. These look great! My feeling is they wouldn't be as crisp - the outside ones would be crisper, the inside ones softer... Maybe cut the dough into 4 to 6 larger squares, if you don't like the thought of moving a lot of crackers around. But I don't think I'd leave it all in one big piece, Dana. PJH
