I am up in the middle of the night (or the wee hours of the morning) trying to resist the temptation to snack. Of course I decide to check out what's going on at KA and I get smacked in the eyes with some really yummy looking crackers! I have never made crackers but this is just the inspiration I need to get me started. These crackers look like just the kind of thing that quells your hunger when you need a quick bite but want it to be real and delicious. I seriously doubt you would ever say "Why did I eat that?" after having a stack of these crackers. I am going through my busy season at work so I am a bit behind on my baking projects but I think this is something that will jump to the head of line!
