Mmm, these look terrific. I've made crackers from the Bread Baker's Apprentice book and homemade are delicious. Yours look great. The only problem is that home made crackers disappear far quicker than the time it takes to make them! Absolutely true, Teresa - which is why I hid these, segregated from the rest of my cracker supply. There are SOME in my house who can't distinguish between homemade and store-bought (read: don't appreciate), so I saved these for myself! :) PJH
