You could, Ja. We'd recommend mixing the dough, and letting it rest in the fridge overnight, as detailed in step 4 in the recipe, and then freezing it. Then, when you're ready to bake, let it thaw fully in the fridge, and then continue on with step 5. Thanks so much, and happy baking!
