I was compelled to experiment and cut all the ingredients in half since I only had a half a dozen eggs. The experiment was a delicious success. I mixed by hand since I have no mixer. The yield was very generous, about 40 mini muffins-worth. Overfilling the cups beyond 3/4 & using muffin liners resulted in more attractive-looking tall popovers. Thanks a lot for the recipe.
