Marsha, we're so glad these popovers are a family favorite! Unfortunately, popovers do have a short shelf life, and are best eaten within 24 hours. Keeping them wrapped up in the fridge will give you an extra day or so, but storing the batter for future baking is generally a safer bet than hoping your baked popovers will stay fresh for long.
