I was so delighted to see the Passover popover recipe. Like you, one of my favorite memories is having popovers during the holiday. I remember taking them to school with tuna or egg salad for lunch while friends struggled with matzoh. I made them for my children and as we prepare for the holiday, my grown children and grandchildren request a batch to take home. I do find that they get moldy fairly quickly. Perhaps I need to bake them a bit longer or split them while in the oven(something I have never done)?
