I have misplaced my recipe book that came with my VillaWare pizzelle maker. There's a recipe that uses vegetable oil instead of butter. (I just made a batch with butter and they are way too brittle, and burned easily.) Does anyone have the oil recipe? I know it calls for 1 3/4 cups of flour and 3 eggs. Thanks.
