After reading the recipe through, I know I have to bake this cake, AND, send it to my sister. It really does sound delicious and I totally appreciate the photos depicting the cake in its different stages, along with the comments you made about the way it looks in its different forms. Thank you for a dessert other than the usual subjects ie: meringue cookies, matzo icebox cake and the like. As far as the vanilla extract, they do sell a kosher for Passover vanilla extract and can be found in kosher supermarkets. To all, a happy Easter and a good Passover.
