I just made this but using ordinary unbleached flour not whole wheat...not available. I followed the directions to the T, but while my Brack rose it didn’t rise significantly...nor was my top flat in spite of smoothing down...more like a rocky road. We will be sampling it this evening (hoping it doesn’t crumble!) what might have gone amiss? Thanks...am confident nonetheless that it will be good!
