Hello. I tried one with instant dry yiest : catastrophic, thouth I respected (well, I THINK I respected) the process, since I'm used to this yiest) and this one. Both were nice, despite of not raising (rising ?) for the disasterous one (with the dry yiest) but I prefer yours : less stress, less time, and... more pleasure when eating it, since it first have the good look, whici is better for the eyes (while having the good taste, too). sorry for my very imperfect english. Hope you understood, and that I didn't use contrary meanings ! Emsi
