Oh my!! I'm also a cannoli lover and I've been known to just eat the cannoli filling out of the shell. I will have to try this recipe real soon. In answer to Christine B's question about making a cake instead of the cannoli shells, I think your maryanne cake pan would be just perfect for that. Hi Kat, I'd have to agree with you that a maryann pan would be great for making one cake rather than cupcakes. The indentation would hold plenty of filling. ~ MaryJane
